Most items Ship UPS because we can offer a tracking number for each package delivered and you will have a better idea of when your item will arrive and UPS does include insurance with each delivery so you can have peace of mind knowing you are covered if your package is lost or damaged. UPS normally takes 5 business days for delivery from the day we ship.

We do offer shipping discounts when you buy more than one item during the same shipping period. We pass on the savings to you. The more we ship in one box the less the costs will be. Always inquire about the total shipping when buying more than one item before you pay the invoice.

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

· These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

· We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

If for any reason you change your mind and don’t want the item you can return it but you must pay for the return shipping and we will subtract the original shipping as well from your refund of the full product price. If the item you receive is not as we have described it and shown in the photo or we have made a mistake and we sent you the wrong item we will happily accept a return and refund your purchase price, and shipping charges 100%. All returns must be requested within 7 days of the original shipment date and all original packaging must be sent back and the original tags if any must still be attached to product. We will not refund a product that has been used or tags removed or sent back in other packaging. If your product arrives damaged we need to know ASAP or within 24 hours of delivery by email so UPS can do an investigation and we can file an insurance claim.

Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase unless you are bidding on other items from us. If no attempt to communicate to us that it will be longer and we just don’t hear from you we do have to report it as an unpaid auction. This is because we have already been charged fees and the only way Ebay will refund our fees is if we report you for not paying.

If you are buying more than one item from us during the same auction week just email us for your new total as we will happily reduce the shipping for combined items.
